Are you in or out of flow? Have you experienced a time when there is no time, and that you worked, listened, or progressed in such a way, that you were immersed in what you were doing? Flow is an enjoyable state, but can you choose to be in flow or does it just happen? I have often wondered what it feels like to be in flow...
Some days, I am in flow without realising, and other days I know I am not. Music plays a great part in this, although when I am working, it is better for me if there are no lyrics, as they seem to form a distraction, which then completely takes me out of the situation in hand.

Research has shown that working in a team who have values & behaviours similar to oneself and the ability to share and discuss experiences and work has a positive effect on the individual & collective.
So, can I recommend that you look at your flow state, and move into that space that allows you to flow and experience. One of my takes on this is when I am being creative and writing, engaging. I often ask, where has the time gone? it actually hasn’t, it is always there, however flow doesn’t use time as a construct, it just flows...
