I am an international senior manager, consultant, coach, confidante, trainer and qualified Systems Engineer, with over 25 years’ experience in pioneering and supporting personal and organisational change.
I have gained several post-graduate qualifications including a Masters Degree (MSc in Systems Management). I have studied psychology, group dynamics, am also certified in Spiral Dynamics, SQL, Team Building, Value Systems and Leadership & Management.

INITIAL PROBLEM
The Team was not functioning properly, there was a mismatch between delivering the expected results, and the structure of the team, also there was pressure on certain members of the team to deliver more than they were capable of; this caused frustration and annoyance with certain members of the team, and it then showed up as team not working together, and a sense of mistrust, which senior management saw but did not understand.
MY INVOLVEMENT
Building teams in different ways, using Diverse Thinking & Diverse Teams, my remit was to build a completely new team.
Instead of going down the “Normal Route” I actually built the team on Diverse Thinking, and a team on paper that would not work, however, it did come with ideas and suggestions, that would have been impossible in other circumstances, the key to this success was Buy-In.
Rotating the facilitator role, was a key aspect to engage with other team members in meetings and they there felt include & inclusive in the team.
WHAT WAS THE IMPACT OF MY CONTRIBUTION?
The team felt more cohesive, and they were able to develop both individually & collectively, and being able to share ideas and work in a different way, the team members said that I allowed them to look and think differently at their work, and balance their capabilities across their team, and that they would take the model to other teams, and would I talk to the other teams in the business.

Video Conference & App Sharing across Countries, the remit was to involve project teams earlier in the process, this was country wide, and this involved a lot of travel, so a new project was set up to “ZOOM” before Zoom was invented, this led to substantial time and cost saving on the project.
Building Incubators & Innovation Centres
Building Incubators & Innovation Centres, this was a real challenge as outside influences, tried to stop the innovation happening, in that the models that were being designed did initially align to project, however other factors arose, and some aspects went off on a tangent, and I then had to defend and align the project, so that it could deliver in multiple ways, and be a reference point, for further work.
